My accomplished management career reflects more than 25 years of increasing responsibility in functional work in outsourced and in-house data management, Alliance Lead work specializing in Data Management, Clinical Programming, Statistics and Medical Writing, CRO Oversight, global operational leadership, SOP authoring, project management, resource utilization, organizational development, transition and/or rescue work, acquisition support, and inspection readiness activities in a highly matrixed organization. I hold an impressive record of streamlining operations, analyzing, developing, and implementing solutions; and applying overall expertise to achieve goals. Two highlights include implementation of dynamic real-time data review using Spotfire to support centralized monitoring/RBM and other functional areas and leading an enterprise agreement with a key CDMS platform provider utilizing EDC, IVR, eCOA, Centralized Statistical Analysis, and Coder modules. I attended York College of PA and Penn State University and earned my BSN and MBA and consider myself a lifelong learner.
